If one of our 3 main studio spaces doesn't quite work for your budget yet, we also have a handful of desk space in our community section for rent too!

1/2 Studio
6ft x 8ft, 48 sq/ft
As with all our spaces, this half studio is fully customizable! Bring in your desk, your tools*, your storage, your decor... anything you need to make the space yours. These half studios have a wall on all three sides, but you can also put up a divider to separate yourself from the other ½ of the studio if you’d like! There are also plenty of plug-ins and the whole warehouse has air conditioning & tons of lighting. These half studios are going for $350/m.
Studio
12ft x 8ft lockable studios, 96 sq/ft
Our studio spaces provide a larger lockable option for anyone looking for a bigger space that is fully enclosed. Just like with the half-sized studio, customize this space however you wish and bring in anything you need to make your goods! These studios are going for $675/m
Window Studio
14ft x 6.5ft lockable studios, 91 sq/ft
With just one of these studio spaces left, this spot is perfect for anything needing some ventilation in order to do their craft - or simply want to enjoy the views of the north short mountains from their studio! Windows are openable of course, and this fully lockable studio are going for $900/m
